THE ROLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN THE JOURNALISTS’ WORK

As a result of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, PR professionals are resorting to telework, and the various means of work offered by the digital world. But what are the journalists’ habits in the digital age? This was the subject of a survey intended to better understand the journalists’ uses of digital and social networks, launched before the start of the crisis jointly with partner agencies (iprn.com) in twelve European countries. More than 800 journalists across Europe have participated in the survey.
